Thanks for the comments. I'm actually still a pupil at Bath Uni. A couple of us set up the website as a resource for architecture students but decided we should share it with everyone as it's so hard to find cut out people. We're actually uploading loads more images right now.

I know this is not really a tutorial however I felt that this would be a valuable resource for most of you. A couple of students and myself have set up a website http://www.kropped.com in order for people to share cut out people to easily drop into finished images to give them scale and realism. The site has lots of free people already in photoshop PSD format aswell as skies, trees and cars.
