TIG, that worked! Thank you very much! I had cleared some things from my computers cache before while attempting to fix this problem but not from my browser's history/cache/cookies.

RE: Can't log-in to sketchUcation
Box, I am still unable to access he website on my account. No problem doing so on my wife's account. And no, I didn't do anything that might have affected my access to sketchucation.com I have no problem accessing other websites whether they are bookmarked or result from searches. Just sketchucation. Very weird. Maybe I'll swing by our local Apple solutions store and see what they recommend. Thanks for replying to my question.

Trouble creating dovetail joints with template & push/pull
I created a simple 2-D template for the tails and pins of a dovetail joint. So far I've been moving the 2-D template onto the end of a board and drawing lines around it. Then, after moving the template out of the way, I've been using push/pull to remove the unwanted "wood". But push/pull doesn't go all the way through the end of the board. It leaves a rectangular face that is connected to the far face of the board and I can't remove it. And I tried follow-me but that just completely distorts things. What am I doing wrong?

RE: Can't log-in to sketchUcation
No, still can't log-in. Didn't swap computers. Just switch user accounts on at the same iMac and then it works. Very weird and I wish I could speak to tech support but seems to be no way to get in touch.

Can't log-in to sketchUcation
I registered for sketchUcation a couple of days ago and have posted a couple of times so far. Everything worked fine until yesterday afternoon when I was no longer able to log-in on my computer's user account. I am, however, able to log-in on my wife's user account on the same computer. When using my user account I keep getting this error message:
Uncaught exception: SQL STATE[HY000]: General error: 1030 Got error 28 storage engine
I think this has something to do with sketchUcation's host provider but I can't locate a phone number or email address for technical support. If anyone knows how to fix this problem or can provide me with a contact number or email address for tech support I'd be greatly appreciative. I've googled it and, as suggested, deleted some files in my cache but the problem persists. I have plenty of storage space (450GB) remaining on my HD so that shouldn't be an issue.
Thank you.

RE: Removing stickiness from box joints
Thanks for the reply Dave. Yeah, I played around a bit but it's more trouble than it's worth.

Removing stickiness from box joints
I want to create a series of drawers for a chest. I know I can create individual drawer parts and define them as components. I thought I'd take a different approach though with the idea of saving a little time, but I'm not sure it's possible.
I'd like to use rectangle, offset and push/pull to create a simple box; with no bottom for now. (I will recreate it later after placing grooves in the four sides to accept it.) Then I'd like to separate the four sides from each other and make them pairs of components (side/side, front/back). That way I could l quickly create drawers with different dimensions, separate all sides, and layout the joints I'll be using at the corners.
Maybe I can use a cutting plane somehow to cut the sides from each other where they meet at the corners?

RE: Push Pull Tool for making grooves
Dave, thank you! The video is a huge help. I understand with the mirrored image you are saving time by cutting only one face and having it replicated in the matching face. But since the sides are pairs of components won't that already happen? (I didn't get that far before because I was only testing approaches with a single side.)
