sorry am new to this , but I have added the ruby of this plugin to my sketchup plugins file, but i still dont get the menu .. what is the problem? and how can i show the menu?

hey guys, I am new to this, I am trying to install this plugin but it won't work while others do work, for some reason it doesnt show in my sketchup interface, or in the plugins menu.. help
