you definitely nailed the natural light. great job, richard.

RE: Squash Center
Thanks guys.
pbacot.. its got to be squeaky clean! clients don't generally like to imagine their shiny new buildings as being dirty and beat up

richard.. i don't know the state of squash.. i'll be honest, i didn't know what squash was until recently! there is a nice private school nearby to this club which has a big squash program and use their courts currently. they are going to foot the bill for this new building.

Squash Center
Here's the project of the week. Designed/sketched it out on Monday and my office developed the site plan/floor plans and I took it from there and wrapped it up last night...bit of a rush job. The new pieces are the glass portion and the large building to the right. They wanted the new building to blend in and not be a focus.

RE: Urban Living
Thanks guys. I'll go back and edit the people a bit.
Client loved it too.. so hopefully in a couple of months, these will be under construction.

RE: Urban Living
no...you're probably right, john. i do need to take more care in that process and put some placeholders in sketchup for scale

Here are a couple of houses we designed in north philadelphia this week. Sites had some odd height restrictions..hence the one story triangular portions.

Happy Holidays!
Pulled some pieces from an old project and quickly put this together to send out.
Have a great holiday and 2015 everyone!

RE: Nice Little Christmas Render

RE: Another Bar/Restaurant
or more RAM.. that usually helps. I haven't tried the 64 bit sketchup yet, but I'm hoping that helps as well. That was a 95mb file and it ran pretty well, actually. The tables/chairs didn't cause any issues but the component for all of the vertical ropes did some damage. I had to keep that turned off alot of times.

RE: .mid century remodel. ::updated 12.15.11::
this project spurred some ridiculous lawsuits, so i honestly have no idea if it ever even got finished.

RE: Another Bar/Restaurant
thanks guys.. much much appreciated.
I noticed the dude on the table well after the fact.. oh well. haha.. those tables went up to 42" and he didnt get updated.
These are Thea Render and some post in PS.
I'll throw these in here since its essentially a cut/paste from this project. Just a quick concept image for a client to show around to some investors....photo and render.I couldnt get that damn texture on the ceiling/roof to rotate no matter what I did.

RE: Factory Robot
