Here are a couple of houses we designed in north philadelphia this week. Sites had some odd height restrictions..hence the one story triangular portions.

no...you're probably right, john. i do need to take more care in that process and put some placeholders in sketchup for scale

One comment though: I agree with John, the scale of the people seems a bit off. The lady on the roof top (image 1) and the one in the living/dining/kitchen (image 6) look quite tall (unless they are very tall women
). We also should see her feet under the table in picture 6.Best,

Client loved it too.. so hopefully in a couple of months, these will be under construction.

Great job on the presentations. The designer (if not the same) should be congratulated as well for a great fit in the urban setting, though I can't speak towards the height--all depends.
