RE: Old forum is now closed
hey, wait a minute.
two or three days ago I started a thread about better shooting the brave Horse badly injured in a race, than to let him live in agony till his sure death.
Bil, from Google, answered that they were ending the small details to get the new forums running.
so, a bit of patience yet
i´ve bet a lot of money they will give us something fair enough

RE: An argument of infinite proportions (pi)
Quote:
That makes sense, however there is nothing to say that a ratio cannot work properly without an end, only infinitely increasing levels of accuracy (which on its own is a paradox, because you cant do better than perfect right?)Sorry, I dont get you.

RE: An argument of infinite proportions (pi)
My thinking is that pi, must in fact, end .
(for it must provide a shape).
Whilst 1/3 does not have to provide a shape.
it is not his work.

RE: Recording studios.
John,
what i mean is that the plan view, what is called Top view in SketchUp, should be more time in your video.
That way, i think it would be more comprehensible the transitions you make between the rooms.
that´s what i think.(maybe its because i like the way you plan the rooms in the given rectangular´s shapes)
salud
the link you provide does not work for me

RE: Recording studios.
That´s much better John
though i still think plan´s view deserve more attention.
cheers -
RE: Recording studios.
I think both videos play far too quickly, one does not get the idea of the spaces you design and how they are related.
Maybe showing more the plan view would help.
The quality of the video is pretty good. -
RE: This is fantastic!

RE: This is fantastic!
Well, at least it was not our fault, visiting his website.
(much thanks for the link,Boofredlay)I contacted him and he told me it was because of two places who provided more than 26.000 visits on Thursday 13 with peaks of 500 people trying to access his server.
Maybe he comes one day to this forum and say hello Smile

RE: Trajan's markets, Rome
just to say this thread is quite interesting.

I'm still thinking about it. Should I "rebuild" it to the point we are suspecting it was built up or should I guess how it may have looked if they had finished it? Just for visitors, you know, to let them understand.
