I was able to follow your instructions and make it work. There is still one thing that is bugging me. When i try it, i see the top face triangulated (or something), while with your model it looks perfectly smooth. Why is this? Any ideas?

• How did you remove the unnecessary divisions? If i do it the top faces delete as well.
• "Also some tiny bits of edges can be merged to avoid issues." How do you merge these edges?

I'm new to this forum. I have been using sketchup for some time but now i want to use it for more complex modelling. I come across this problem with the round edge plugin of Fredo6 and i don't know how to work around it. I hope you guys can help me out!

I want to make a rounded edge on a complex curve on a box. Both the side and top faces of the box is curved leaving for a complex curve. See the attachment for screenshots:

Here is the sketchup file:

Unfortunately, making the rounding results in bad geometry. The radius size should be doable, as it is not bigger then the side radius. I hope one of you experts are able to help me out with this problem!
