Thanks holmes1977! the trees were download from 3D warehouse. the scene had many polygons, so sketchup sometimes exploited, haha

In fact, the texture maps are large in size (like 6000 * 6000 px in the floor), allowing it to look more irregular.

The car was from Evermotion models, and i exported to Sketchup. Was rendered with Vray for Sketchup. Then, postproduced in Phosothop CS4.

Sorry about my english!
It started when I got the models of the two chairs and I applied the texture. Then I started to model the entire scene, the department was modeling for me. Here some pictures:

The assembly of the scene took me quite some time, mostly because I never fully convinced, and changing the components from one location to another.
I did many tests of lights, textures, change the scene components to lighter so faster rendering, etc. ..
Here is the scene as it was finished:

And a render as it came directly from SU, and then editing in photoshop:
