Im looking for a regular coursed flat faced stone texture, and also a regular coursed ashlar block texture. Can anyone help?

Hi all.

I am currently working on a project where the main material is a white render texture. Ive looked everywhere for a texture that will be suitable, but i havent found anything!

I am currently rendering with a plain material just off white, which works well, but would like some sort of texture!

Im looking for something along the lines of this, but maybe a little finer in texture!

If anyone could help i would be much appreciated.
