I'm modelling my hipster brother's inner city apartment so we can explore some renovation ideas. I haven't yet nailed the high contrast but generally dark lighting, but I think I'm getting close. Rendered with Shaderlight.

The "ghost silhouettes" were my (poor) attempt to make the walls look old and patched-up.
I used the shaderlight physical sky in global illumination mode with skylight portals over all 3 openings (one behind camera). -
