I agree with the above. Make sure you're doing an occasional purge.

To Purge...
go to...
Window => Model Info => Statistics => Purge Unused (at the bottom)

While you're there, you might as well click 'fix problems' too for good measure.

This plugin is awesome. I had someone at work trying to find a plugin to do this fairly recently. He ended up remodeling :. I'll have to share this with him.
