WOW !!! - It is beautiful - incredible model !!!
Still need more instruction on how to use the Toolsbar for all the tasks.
I am missing the tool for inserting the script to the "floor" and seting the motors control.

      P.S.
I don't understand the name AI - what does it stend for?
      Nice job !
      Thank you.

      Very nice - Cool

Could be nice to have a tool bar for more easy use.
The "nodes" could be in flag shape, and outomatically named ect...
      ( set to "ignore" )

      Thank you
      David.

Is it OK to upload RC1 modules to 3dwarehouse ?

You could look for car modules uploaded to this forum and see how it was done before.

      Charis,
To be successful, you need to "brake a leg" - not your hand πŸ˜‰
So, next time pay attention to details...

      Feel good and be happy!
If someone asks you why?, tell them I said so.

My son had an elbow accident last week, so I know how you must feel.

    • RE: 4 Levels of Grouping

I think about solving this issue with a script.
I could write a script that will
Go though all the second level groups, and
If there is another group inside it - explode it,
And repeat this for all the groups until we only have two levels of groups.

      What do you think?
Should I return to the "grouped" state after the simulation stops?

      David.

    • RE: 4 Levels of Grouping

      Well
The grouping of objects is done with the intent that similar groups could be copied with ease.
So, in the case where you have more the 3 levels of meaningful objects grouped together - SketchyPhysics changes its behavior.
      for instance if I do:
      Table & chairs - group 1
      4 chairs - group 2
4 legs in each chair - group 3
now if you want to put plates on the table - you can not group them to the table.

If you will make another group the hole big group becomes one big box.
Things can not move under the table etc...

I need to explode one of the levels to enable SketchyPhysics normal operation.

Just a little hard to figure out what the plates on the table have to do with the things on the floor under the table πŸ˜„

      Don't you think?

      David.

      Hi,
I found that if I use 4 Levels of grouping SketchyPhysics stops working 😞
Is it a known bug / feature?

      See attached file.

      Nice.
Did you copy all the joints?
Or just put them in one by one manually?

    • Direction of joints (Piston & Servo)

      Hi all
After I place a joint I need a way to tell what its direction is.
Is there a simple way to tell by its appearance?
Could the arrows on the joint tell me its direction some how?

      Thank you,
      David.
