i've finished all the rendering.. i've got a sequence of images.. how do i make it a video in after effects? i've never used it before... tried dragging and dropping.. then what?

wow this amazing stuff.. I'm still learning the ropes.. I've got the modeling part down. but am having a lot of difficulty with animation rendering in vray. all it does is render the same image over and over.. could somebody please help?
