I am looking for the original ThreadMaker plugin for SketchUp.
I use SketchUp Pro 2015 and need ThreadMaker to create threaded parts for 3D printing. I have searched Extension Warehouse, SketchUcation, GitHub, old forum posts and Internet Archive without success.
The plugin was previously referenced here:

Unfortunately the original download appears to be gone.
I am not looking for alternative plugins. I specifically need the original ThreadMaker extension that worked in SketchUp 2015 (RB, RBZ or ZIP file).
If anyone has a local copy in an old plugin archive, I would greatly appreciate any help.
