Forgive me if this question has already been asked and answered. I have a rather large model (10MB) When I orbit around some of my geometry disapears, but reapears as soon as I'm done orbiting. It is always the same objects. Is this due to a setting or is it due to my graphics card. (I have Radeon x300, Pentium 4 3.4GHz)

      Thanks

After a certain complexity, when orbiting for instance, this can be a "natural" phenomenon. First the faces disappear (and you end up orbiting like in wireframe mode) that even the wireframe and you may only have bounding boxes.

Try to put whatever you're not working with on hidden layers to ease up your system.

When this happens to me, I do a Zoom Extents and then all's well.

It does it to me too. I'm not an expert but I figure the refresh rate of my video card just can't keep up with my orbiting. Everything reappears when I stop orbiting.
