Is there a ruby script that create a real construction arc, not composed by segments, so you can easly snap on it and be more precise in drawing, expecially when you want a element to interface with a curve.
Can be done something like that?

As a standalone object, no. As a group of separate construction line segments, yes.

I think this is a good idea for SU7 to handle internally (hint hint, Brad). 😄

            Hallo Brad,

A real construction arc, would be a mathemathicly correct circle part,
Like a real contruction circel would be a mathematicly correct circel.
The circumfence could be a dashed line as the construction line-tool makes, to indicate that it is not a part of the model and to let you now now that you can't make any faces with these tools.
It could make accurate trilateration possible within Sketchup.

            Greetings, Bep van Malde

              Brad,

Way to ask the question! I made the (incorrect) assumption that this was curved construction geometry (which I still think would be a great addition to SU).
