The Hammond - 1937 Sears Kit home

Lawrence reminded me of an idea I had while he was posting all those lovely Vicky's. This is intended to be a background component...used as is if across the street, maybe materialed up if next door.
File size was the main thing, then useablity, then detail. I took some liberties with the windows (used the midwest muttin style, etc. and just had to guess at heights)...if anyone can put me onto a database of the actual window sizes they might have used that'd be great! Interior walls are just roughed in to give some variety to looking through the windows.
So...if you delete the interior layer (deleting all objects...includes a jpg of the plan) the size goes down to 112k. The material place holders are broken into veneer, siding, trim, and roof for easy global replacement. Too many different window components to warrant using them...you tell me?
Enjoy if you can use (any comments how to make more useable welcomed, thanks) and best, Tom.

Great stuff Tom.
It would be very useful to build a library of these low poly models for architectural backgrounds.
