Have a couple hours into a model. Go to close it, and SU drops a bubble letting me know there is an error in my model, and do I want SU to fix it. I select yes, fix it. It closes. When I go to open it back up later, there is no action I can take that does not paint a path of colored inference points in any direction I take my arrow. Shut down all the layers I could. Even closed and reopened a few times, with no difference. Any help or tips on cleaning this up?

Working in SU 6 on a Macbook w/ 2G RAM.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This is called "mouse trailing" and it is a graphics card/driver problem. It can sometimes be fixed by un-ticking the "Use Fast Feedback" option in the Window>Preferences>OpenGL dialog.

I'm on a Mac, so not sure I can manipulate things in the same fashion as w/ Windows. Seems to me this would be more of an SU app problem for me rather than hardware/driver. This scenario occurs with no other app than SU, and effects only my connection with the model, nothing else on the screen. Just didn't know if others have encountered this, if there is something I am doing wrong, and/or if there was an easy fix.

          Anssi,

Finally got around to finding the Preference>OpenGL dialog (by accident, DUH!) and disengaged the 'Use fast feedback' option. That did the trick for me. Thank you for your help.

Anssi is correct...open GL redraw "droppings".

            Thanks for helping out!

            Cheers,
