Windows Lost

I seem to have lost several windows: the layers menu, shadows etc.
I can see them when I move my sketchup to the other screen they quickly reappear and dissapear. But I can't move or touch them.Anyway to reset the window locations or something like that?

go into properties on your desktop and turn off one of your monitors... uncheck where it say extend my desktop onto this monitor...
then go into sketchup and check and uncheck the windows you need... they should come up centered...
and don't lose them again...
