A paradigm shift towards collaboration
-
Just imagine how much effort and collaboration -over several generation- have gone into something like Qanats of Ghasabeh:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qanats_of_Ghasabeh
Just imagine the laborers who madee or started it, never saw the result... yet it continued over centuries to be finished;
complex contains 427 water wells with a total length of 33,113 metres (20.575 mi).....
Something we rarely see in our modern management paradigm.
Pissed off by all this insanity in our region and world, I dream of a world where we "human" think beyond ourselves, our family, religion, region, and think about "we". Where "we humans," non-humans (environment), and technology (robots, etc.) live and thrive together.
Alas, it seems like an out-of-reach dream; I will do my best to spread the seeds of it, at least...
Please share your reflections

You are not alone brother, we stand on different soil but we stand. United in a belief that we are less and more than a single grain of sand. All great structures begin with a grain of sand.
This missive means more than any one missive can or perhaps should but, it bears repeating and remembering.
The future is a vast undiscovered country, we are all going to find our own small part of that country and by working together it is going to be marvellous.
"The universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice.
It speaks in the language of hope
It speaks in the language of trust
It speaks in the language of strength and the language of compassion
It is the language of the heart and the language of the soul.
But always it is the same voice
It is the voice of our ancestors, speaking through us,
And the voice of our inheritors, waiting to be born
It is the small, still voice that says
We are one
No matter the blood
No matter the skin
No matter the worldWe are one
No matter the pain
No matter the darkness
No matter the loss
No matter the fear
We are one
Here, gathered together in common cause, we agree to recognize this
singular truth and this singular rule:
That we must be kind to one another
Because each voice enriches us and ennobles us and each voice lost
diminishes us.
We are the voice of the Universe, the soul of creation, the fire
that will light the way to a better future.
We are one".
