I am seeing a number next to my icon in the upper right hand corner. I the clicked and the same number showed up next to the bell. I clicked on it and it said there are ‘No Notifications”.. no matter what I do, the number will not go away. Any advice?

BTW: I also tried shutting down my iPad but when I restarted it, the same situation occurred.
