      I know it is odd to design a facade apart from the plan/building but it has become a norm here. recently I had a facade design suggestion and here is the result.
      Changes on the 1st floor has been due to the client.

          Sorry Majid, is what you mean that they build a building and then design a facade off the basic design? if so what is the advantage? Very strange

            Yes Liam, This is what some constructors do. They usually do not pay for the design as they think this is a waste of money. Some builders after some while think they know how to design, so they bypass the design and start building. Then they decide about the facade. They think this is the only place an architect is needed. This is very chaotic IMO and in reality, they have to pay for many "redo"s as they face many conflicts between MEP and architecture. They pay for those demolition works and do not consider it as a waste of money but they do not pay for the design. This is very chaotic but the prevailing construction culture here, unfortunately.
            maybe it is because Architecture in its modern term, is rather new here compared to civil engineers. Years ago almost all design jobs were done by civil engineers. It takes time to change such an odd culture.

              I know sone civil engineers 90% of them have an ego and arrogance I have noted.
              Does your country have strict building codes?

                @L-i-am Yes, there is a very comprehensive strict code, yet BKZ of bribery and lack of enough control during the building phase, rarely people obey that. They provide some documents to get the legal permissions to start building and then they build something else and pay the penalty. i.e. regularly someone must not exceed 60% of their land and let 40% be free for green space. But you rarely see this is done. They build more and pay the penalty. That is why I say it is chaotic. The only serious limitation is height limitation, Usually up to 2 extra floors could be built by paying a fine, and over that must be demolished.

                    The only good news is that the fire code is highly strict!

                            yes that seems to be the look that architects are going for here as well.

                              Another alternative for the brown color (my suggestion) was facade bricks;

                              Also, these are quality texture resources.
