How to install SketchUp 2019 perpetual license

Hello guys !!!
I reinstalled SketchUp pro 2019 which I have a perpetual license for. I launched it thinking I would have access to manage license, but it's greaded out. If I try to open a file, i get that brilliant message telling me that I can use sketchup but i can't open a new file or an existing one ???
I have my Serial number and my Authorization code but I can't find a way to install them on my 2019 pro version.
Note that i also have 2024 suscription active.
I would appreciate help regarding that matter.
