Windows dialogue box sliders.

Whether it is a colour scheme issue or not I do not know but I am struggling to find the slider for the default tray for example. Much to light and thin to ber useful for me.
Tried windows contrast settings but nothing affects this issue.
Anyone else out there with this?
Got a solution?
