Trying to sign in to SU

I have exceeded my allowed activations comes up when I try to open Sketchup. If I follow the instructions and sign out and sign in again as it requests does not work as I have signed in and out many times. How do I rectify please?
I have gone into “manage devices” under sketchup pro, in both versions of SU and “deauthorized all” closed all activations verified by my task manager, it says “Success” I hit "done". …no change in my attempt to open sketchup again it says “I have exceeded my allowed activations” and round and round in circles we go
