Fredo seems to be blocking VRAY-6 / any suggestions??

have anyone heard if Fredo is giving any issues to VRAY 6, I asked because I updated my VRAY from 5 to 6 and it was giving me a problem, I couldn't opened it, and after having a remote section with VRAY they notice that Fredo was blocking it and was the reason of not working, but now I'm out of my Fredo extent's. Any suggestions??

Do you have more information on the problem?
Could you
- Open the Ruby Console
- Close Sketchup
- Reopen Sketchup. The Ruby console should open and possibly show error messages
