jo-ke, how do you create the interactive views of the real house? As a matter of fact, what software do you use to create any of the interactive sites? These seemed a good bit different than the RoundMe you usually post.
I can see this approach being used for many construction sites. Very good work sir!

I am rendering the equirectangular panos and insert them into pano2VR. This is a little programm to create panotours.

The pictures I have taken with insta360 one R
I always have it in my suitcase, when visiting customers. It is a big help, espacially in small rooms.
