Modern Asian row houses: Updated

Another outdoor render practice. Entire model from the warehouse with some texture modifications.
In case anyone is wondering why I'm doing more renders than models, it's because SketchUp is not reliable for me these days. I often have to re-start 3-4 times, each time, in order for it to work. If I am working on a new model, I often start the programs several times a day over the course of days and weeks to work on the model. This means up to a hundred restarts and hours wasted just getting the program to work.
If I am working on a render, I just have to get it working once, and then keep it open until I am satisfied with the render. I really want to do more modeling, but having to restart the program 3-4 times each time I want to work on a model and that takes the fun right out of it. I am also limited to the size of models I can now work on.
I'm sure it is the age of my laptop and its outdated video card. Hopefully I can get a new laptop later this year.
Anyway, here's tonight's render.

Updated.
Changed lighting. Tweaked materials.

Nice start Bryan. Like the looks of this model. I think it deserves some experimenting with textures, lighting, camera view etc, to see how far you can take it.

Thanks tuna.
Yes, I might play with this one.

I'll have to come back to this later. I tried to fix some model geometry flaws and I broke it. Oops. (the flaws were pretty bad)
I've downloaded the original again, but it will take some time to get it ready to render again.

I agree with Tuna there, I hope you can get the laptop situation sorted.
