Main engines placed and shrouded. These are old engines I had made years ago for my old colony ship.

Roughing in the landing gear shrouds. Still in flight mode. I'll make the landing gear in both flight and landing mode.

Roughing in the interior for scale. Each deck is 8ft tall. 1ft thick deck. 6 crew. Bottom deck is equipment and storage.

Here is a rough idea of the vertical scale. The landing gear is not deployed.

Reworked the landing gear pods and the entire aft section. Looks the same but the proportions and angles were off.
The orange objects are going to be the landing pads.

Added maneuvering thrusters. Yep, lifted straight from the Discovery pod (2001 the movie). I've always liked that design. Eliminated some extra lines on hull.

I like where this is going, details are coming along nicely. I have a question about the blue texture.dimples but that is aerodynamic in nature and unlikely to effect the craft in this configuration.

No real function for the blue patterns yet. Could be radiators, could be sensor, or solar panels. Could be all of the above combined. Just experimenting with marking and accents.
