Using a color jpeg to make 3D clothes

does anyone no how to import a jpeg of say a jacket and turn it into a 3D model without messing up the image? I need to take images of clothes and put them on a mannequin and it needs to look like the actual product, I know how to make say a piece of cloth using cloth works but I can't seem to figure out how to do it with a picture of the product, thanks so much for all your help!!!
