Maxwell revisit

Just revisiting Maxwell with an older model to see if I can get anything out of my memory. I am still not on top of Maxwell tbh but not the worst.

Altered. Not the final due to some scaling requirements etc but getting closer.

I did not have the fast forward denoiser switched on so sorted that as it makes a big difference.
