Sketchup and layout are painfully slow to start up

I'm not sure is going on with sketchup (and layout) on my machine. When I start sketchup it takes about 5 minutes for everything to display and be able to use it.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still doing it. The only thing I did before all this started was a deleted folders of previous versions along with other miscellaneous folders to free up space. I didn't touch anything that had to do with 2020.

How many extensions do you have installed in SketchUp? The amount of extensions you have installed plays a role in how quickly (or slowly) SketchUp loads to the point where you can start working.
In my experience Layout isn't a quick starter, never was.

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and it's fine now. Just weird I guess.
