Import group with pre-loaded script MSPhysics

I have a very niche problem I'd like to solve, I'm trying to import a group with a specific MSPhysics script in another new save. Is it possible?
What I want to do in the end is to write a small script that loads said group in the sketchup file, with the script already in, without selecting the body, opening UI->Script and copying the script from an external .txt file.Thanks in advance
