How to draw on 1 component and it live updates the rest?

I am not too sure how to explain this clearly, but, how do I draw on one Panel and let it simultaneously update the other panels of probably the same component?

Here is an example:

Draw on One, Update on Rest simultaneously

If they are components and not groups, they will update at the end of each action.
