Repeating Action Extensions?

Hi I am on a project that requires me to repeat a series of actions for a lot of times.
The action is I have to move a section plane down .21mm , then I have to create a group from slice.
I have to repeat these steps for 400~ times.
Is there any kind of extensions that would help me reduce the work load?

Maybe you could use TIG's Slicer. and skip the section cuts and groups from slice.
