Plugins (Icons) disappear after SKP restart

Hi Sketchtup-Forum,
i have some problems with a variety of SKP plugins
under SLK 2019, macOS 10.14.3.But i had the problems also with earlier SKP and macOS version,
so i don't think this had to to with that.The Plugin Icons always disappear after each restart of SKP
and i have to make them visually appear every time.
This is so annoying to do.Does anybody know to fix this?
the following plugins has this kind of illness:
- 3D Grit (Didier Bur)
- Arcs Circles + (Didier Bur)
- Dimension Tools (Didier Bur)
- 3D Rotate (Eneroth)
- Move Rotate Tool (Idibri)
- Layers Organizer (Lasu Apps)
- Projection (Didier Bur)
… lots from D. Bur.
Hope there is a fix for that.
