Curtain with Tape

I have no idea how to modelling this curtain with tape (attached photo).
How can i draw this object in sketchup?Thank you.

My purpose is to draw the curtain with tape. But the cloth and the tap (red part) cannot be combine as one object.Thank you.

Maybe you must adapt the size of the curtain square grid / size of the red part size...
