Allegorithmic is joining the Adobe family

It has been announced that Adobe has acquired Allegorithmic.
What are your thoughts on this? Personally, I hope to see them still around in a few years time, but the favorable pricing structures of Allegorithmic will most probably be sacrificed by Adobe. Also, hello forced subscription model. If that is the case I won't be renewing my perpetual licence to newer versions.

Cool, works pays for my Creative Cloud license so can't wait to get it. If they add it to it that is.
