Can't reset my password - No verification code sent
-
Hello,
I want to log in to sketchucation with a new browser, but I don't remember my password. When I submit my E-Mail address, no verification code is sent to reset my password. What can I do?

To login to SketchUcation on another browser you need your user-name [Pherim] and password.
If you have forgotten your password Gábor can reset it for you and send an email confirming the new temporary password.BUT, because you can currently have the ability to 'auto' login with your old browser you may be able to find your stored password...
If your old browser is Firefox and you have chosen for it to save passwords for SketchUcation.com you can access your saved password and view it...
Firefox > Options > Privacy & Security > Forms and Passwords > Saved Logins... button
In the dialog which opens tick the 'Show Passwords...' option > Yes, and scroll to find https://SketchUcation.com with your name...
Note the entry. If your old browser is Chrome and it's set up to remember passwords...
Settings > Passwords
Find the SketchUcation.com entry with your name.
Pick the 'eye' icon to view the password - you need to enter your Windows password or PIN to complete the step.
Note the entry. Finally, if you used Internet Explorer has similar password saving options...
Tools > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete Settings [button] > Manage Passwords [button] > Control Panel 'Credential Manager'
Find https://SketchUcation.com and your name
Expand that entry and choose Password... Show.
As with Chrome you need to login with your Windows password or PIN to view it...
Note the entry.
Note that Edge is set up similar to IE... however, it'll probably be much simpler to open the Control Panel 'Credential Manager' > Web Credentials directly...If you can't access any saved passwords, then PM Gábor who, can help you with a replacement...

Thank you for your answer! No, it is not saved in my old browser. So I will try writing Gábor, thanks a lot!

The password was reset and I sent both an email and a PM to @Pherim with the new password.
