Boundary lock

Recently migrated to a new workstation, and didn't move a plugin that I used often. Cant recall the name of the plugin that allowed to select a boundary of a group of faces, and freeze only the boundary in place, allowing everything inclusive to be moved or reshaped. Appreciate any assistance!

Sounds like one of these: Artisan, Vertex tools, Quadface tools but they do so much more, just guesses.

Thanks...we use those. The plugin we used would allow us to cut a small sample area from a larger existing mesh, edit the sample section with Artisan, but not edit the parameter so we could make the revision, and cut the sample back in the original larger mesh.
