Purchased Layers Organizer. Activation Unsuccessful

Hi yall,
Back from Base camp and anxious to use Layers Panel... for some reason it did not see all the layers in my current model.. SO... I went and shelled out for Layers Organizer and this being the first extension I have purchased I was wondering if there are known issues with firewall blocking Extension Manager or known issues with FastSpring.
I have attached a jpg of the message. Obviously I am not showing the key I received from fastspring but it was properly input insuring no spaces before or after. I have left messages for the developer and fastspring..
Any Ideas short of hacking the .rbs?
UPDATE: Got a message from the developer and everything is fixed.. perhaps something to do with virtual machines.. but Layers Organizer is working great and well worth the purchase

I'm not sure the best idea is to hack the script; rather wait til the developer gets back from basecamp themselves...
