Dual Measurement View

I've searched but have been unable to find an extension offering the ability to view two measurement formats at the same time. For example, it would be great to see both the fractional format and architectural format in the measurement window at the same time. Or for those of us that work in both metric and imperial, to view both of them at the same time in the measurement window. Is this possible?
