SKETCHUP ANIMATION PLUGIN

Hi,
I need to do animation on some assets and if possible export to 3dsmax, but I am looking a sketchup plugin animation to do real the real animation and not the scene tools for sketchup, because it's not working that I expected. Because I want do the animation like the step by step and then animate it.
If someone can recommend me plugins, it will be appreciated
