Lines to tubes question

Hello everyone. I'm desperately looking for a link, to self install "LINES 2 TUBES" for Skethchup 2016. I did find a download, but don't know how to install the download into the proper directorys in Windows 10 once downloaded. I'm not real up to date on this stuff, but from what I've read, EXTENSIONS should load themself into the proper directories. I did find a link to "LINES 2 TUBES PRO" in the Sketchup Extention Warehouse, for $5, but even though I'm willing to pay the $5, I'm leary of downloading it because I've never downloaded self installing extensions. Can some one link me to proper download that will self install. I'd prefer a free but am willing to pay for something that actually works. Thanks

Hello again. Thanks for the answer, but it didn't help. I don't have Sketchup MAKE Free. I have full Sketchup 2016. Under Window on the top bar menu, there is NO Extension Install, nor under the menu Extentions. I've already downloaded your link, but don't know how to install it. That's my problem... it doesn't self install. So...any ideas?
