Skin soap plugin what do I do wrong

Hi,
I am trying to draw a chair like the attached one and thought that the skin/soap plugin would be the best way for this.
But every time I use it it has at least one mistake, and I could not figure out how to fix this.
Any suggestions are appreciated.Thank you.
