Hide materials and colors that are used in model

Hi,
Is there a plug-in that can filter the colors/matrials used in my model?
That when I use a color/material in my model, it will automatically hide that color/material in my "Color/Matrial" trays.
So I do not have to search wich color/material I have not used yet.Thanks
