Extension update failure

Hi
I have been getting a reminder to update the Trimble Connect extension, but when I try to do so I get this report.
I've had other reminders for other plugins all of which have updated successfully. Anyone know why this one won't?Thanks

This issue has been widely reported, I too suffered this with SU2017.
Have your tried, from within SU, to log out and log back in (person icon left bottom of the screen) and then retry the update? This works in most cases.
