Correct DPI For A Business Card?

I went to https://www.48hourslogo.com/ and had 20 or more designers compete for my new logo. Pretty interesting seeing all their ideas
the guy I choose is from Morocco believe it or not! So I had him work up a new Biz card as well. I'm not a graphics person or I would have done it.
I'm wondering, is this setup with the correct dpi??

What little I know about these things is you will want vector graphics wherever possible. (Lines/text/etc)
The photos is where the dpi will come in, and as I recall that can be complex to understand. (For me anyway)I noticed the “m” in .com is either clipped off or a layered item is “over” the “m”

I've checked it with preflight and the pdf has enough quality for printwork.
But I'm missing a little bit of the "m" in the text of the logo. It seems cut out. -

300DPI is standard for print, however as pointed out definitely get that logo as a vector, you may want to re-use it elsewhere in the future so it's best to have it scaleable, and if you are paying for it then certainly it's standard to get it in that format. There is a very quick trick in Photoshop to convert raster graphics to vector so it should only take him a few mins if he did not originally draw it in Illustrator or as a Vector elsewhere.
