This is for my buddy Sarge, the design of a 1920s Hollywood Spanish Colonial style 2 bed 2 1/2 bath to fit an existing lot measuring 63ft w by 136ft deep.
The brief was fairly simple, give the house and floor plan the look and feel of a California Spanish colonial house without ending up looking like a La Quinta Motel. A few request per Sarge, a dressing room as large as the master bedroom, a small soaking pool in the back court, a formal dinning room with room for a chandelier, total privacy from the neighbors on the back court.
      As always comments are welcome.
