Locking the trays

Hi Guys,
I love to know how to lock the trays in place, including their respective sizes (ie. Scrapbook and various trays). I use a multi-screen setup and have the main Layout window in one screen while the tool tray are on another. Each time I open Layout, I have to reset the tray sizes. -
Arrange your trays as you wish and 'Save as Template'.
Of course you can save other parameters also.
